WORKtoDATE is the internationally exhibited, award-winning design portfolio of Greg Bennett. Bennett is a multidisciplinary creative director who works with thought-leading businesses and organizations that value the power of design and wish to use it to grow their brands. His capabilities include advertising, branding, digital experience, environmental design, graphic design, packaging design, photo art direction, strategy, and visual identity.

Bennett cut his teeth in 1999 with Supon Design Group (SDG), one of the leading branding design firms in the United States at that time. While at SDG, he collaborated intensely with a team of creative perfectionists. They introduced him to high-profile corporate communications design and how to navigate the rigid guidelines of fortune 100 companies. The core principles of corporate design practice were ingrained in his process as a result of his training with SDG.
Following SDG, he began training in every facet of the visual communications industry in order to expand his creative offerings. Bennett has held roles such as graphic designer, interactive designer, environmental designer, art director, design director, and creative director. He has successfully led the conceptual, creative, and strategic development of numerous integrated programs and campaigns, and has managed and art directed photo shoots in studio and on location in New York, Miami, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC.
Bennett's brand experience includes AOL, BBC America, Discovery Channel, Earth Shoes, Filson Outdoor Apparel, GE, Gerber Outdoor Gear, Goldwell Haircare, Little Me Childrenswear, National Geographic, Simpson Race Products, SnowSports Industries America, and STX Lacrosse/Field Hockey/Golf, among others.
His work has been recognized by Obama for America, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), CBS News, Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, Graphis, American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), University and College Designers Association (UCDA), Print, HOW, American Advertising Federation (AAF), Adweek, Beast Pieces, FPO: For Print Only, Grain Edit, Behance Network, The Dieline, Lovely Package, China International Poster Biennial, Golden Bee: Moscow International Biennial of Graphic Design, Gestalten Publishers, Rockport Publishers, HarperCollins Publishers, and Quayside Publishing. Additionally, his work has been exhibited in China, Italy, Russia, and numerous cities throughout the United States.
In June 2010, Bennett was profiled Fresh by Communication Arts. Shortly thereafter, he was invited to judge the 55th Annual Art Directors Club of Houston Award Show.

In July 2011, Barack Obama's design team asked Bennett to relocate to Chicago and join the efforts of Obama for America. Bennett had to respectfully decline due to relocation constraints.

Bennett visited Chicago in April 2012 to attend FUSE, a 3-day Design & Culture, Brand Identity & Packaging Conference held in Chicago. During his time there, he gained insight into the strategies that drive some of the most iconic brands in the world, including Nike, Starbucks, P&G, Coca-Cola, Food Network, Puma, Herman Miller, AOL, 3M and Pepsi Co/Frito Lay, among others.
Barack Obama's design team asked Bennett to contribute his talents to the Artists for Obama campaign in August 2012.
In January 2013, Bennett was invited to judge the American Advertising Federation ADDY Awards. The ADDY Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY competitions.
Out of the office, Bennett actively participates as a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for The Art Institute of York — Pennsylvania, where he is able to offer his insight and experience to help soon-to-be graduates realize their potential. His volunteer time is split between The Art Institute of York and various philanthropy poster projects.
