The Photography of Dana Neibert

The Photography of Dana Neibert

Dana Neibert (b. 1972) is a photographer based in Coronado, California where he lives with his wife
and two children. From 1992-1995 he studied graphic design at the California College of the Arts in
Oakland, California. From there he toiled in various graphic design and art director roles at several
advertising agencies. While working with photographers in those positions, he found himself more
akin to the art of photography. He found the transition to photography rather easy as he had always
been a photographer at heart since the age of six when grandfather gave him a Kodak 110 camera
and 6 rolls of film which Dana quickly shot 216 frames of the rear bumper of his mother's Chevy Nova.
His commercial endeavors take him around the world shooting for clients such as Four Seasons
Resorts & Hotels, Lexus, Amtrak, AT&T, Eli Lilly, Frito Lay, Johnson & Johnson, United States Tennis Association, among others.
